Description

1. Getting an error when clicked 'Continue' in PGA experiment creation.
2. Trying to get property of non-object (View: /var/www/portals/simvascular/app/views/partials/experiment-inputs.blade.php) (View: /var/www/portals/simvascular/app/views/partials/experiment-inputs.blade.php)
3. The application has optional input set to true in PGA and also has an input with URI_COLLECTION set to 'not required' in Django
4. In Django portal can launch an experiment without any exception.
