IllegalAccessException while creating GatewayGroups in fresh installation of PGA and API server

Creating Gateway Groups with fresh DB installation gives  following error

Caused by: org.apache.airavata.registry.api.exception.RegistryServiceException: Error while creating a GatewayGroups entry for gateway airavata-custos-integration. More info: java.lang.IllegalAccessException: class org.dozer.util.ReflectionUtils cannot access a member of class org.apache.airavata.registry.core.entities.appcatalog.GatewayGroupsEntity with modifiers "protected"
