Error creating new application interface: showQueueSettings, this field may not be null

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new application and save it.
2. Now with the application interface tab activated, save it again.

Expected results

New application interface should save.

Actual results

Error message: showQueueSettings: this field may not be null

Also, in the Application Interface tab, the Show Queue Settings radio buttons are neither of them selected. This indicates that the showQueueSettings property is defaulting to null. It should default to true.
