Disable 'Save' and 'Delete' buttons in Extended User Profile for read-only-admins

Currently for read only admins, in Settings, buttons are disabled. Please do the same in Extended User Profile (EUP) as well. 

In EUP currently can delete individual fields and upon saving gets the message 'You don't have permission ...' - Functionality works but to keep with the current practice and to make more user friendly, disabling is the best.
