atlas hive hook property names changed

The properties associated with the Atlas hive hook have been changed. Therefore, the code that sets those properties needs to be updated in the hive script file.

The two properties changed are:

hive.hook.dgi.url -> atlas.rest.address
hive.cluster.name -> atlas.cluster.name
