Spark service check fails during EU due to Livy server not running

    Description

      Steps
      1. Install HDP-2.5.0.0 with Ambari-2.4.1.0
      2. Upgrade Ambari to 2.5.0.0
      3. Register HDP-2.6.0.0 and install the bits
      4. Start Express Upgrade

      Result:
      Error during Spark service as follow:
