    Description

AMBARI-16056 provided support for bucket caching parameter hbase.bucketcache.ioengine so that if this parameter points to a file location, ambari-agent creates this with permissions 755 for hadoop:hbase user. The ask here is to create this folder with 777 permissions. This is because in secure HBase, when hbase hbck command is run with -repair as hbase user option it needs to access this location to write a temporary cache.data file
