Log error while importing the workflow from encrypted path

Facing issue while importing workflow where api /api/v1/views/WORKFLOW_MANAGER/versions/1.0.0/instances/WFM/resources/proxy/readWorkflow?workflowPath=/tmp/encrypt/workflow.xml&jobType=WORKFLOW is failing with 500 status code.
Steps to reproduce :
Try to import workflow /tmp/encrypt/workflow.xml and its failing.
