Project manager window is not opening for the second time

Project manager window is not opening for the second time.

Steps to reproduce :
1) Open the project manager(Recent) window by clicking on 'More' link.
2) When modal is opened click 'esc' button or click outside the modal window so that modal gets closed.
3) Now try again to open the recent tab by clicking on 'More' link. Window is not getting opened.
