Knox upgrade fails due to wrong stack root

    Description

      common-services/KNOX/0.5.0.2.2/package/scripts/upgrade.py assumes old and new stacks have the same stack root directory. This causes failure of seed_current_data_directory in cross stack-name upgrades.
