Log Feeder: handle multiple '=' (split char) in key/value filter

Log feeder cannot handle multiple '=' in key/value filter properly.

E.g.: pair=ugi=uid=bigdata-hive_bind,cn=users,cn=accounts,dc=bmit,dc=local in hdfs-audit.log
