Manage 'oozie.service.ProxyUserService.proxyuser' for Ambari Server principal

Ambari Server should manage these attributes. It should be the user or the kerberos principal username.

oozie.service.ProxyUserService.proxyuser.#AmbariUserOrPrincipal#.groups
oozie.service.ProxyUserService.proxyuser.#AmbariUserOrPrincipal#.hosts

Without them the Workflow Manager View will not function.

Ambari already manages this exact config for the knox user.
