Expose ability to configure "done-flag" for Coordinator Datasets in Workflow Designer

    Description

      AMBARI-18691 added support for Coordinators to the Workflow Designer, but does not expose configuration of dataset done-flag in the UI.

       

      done-flag needs to support the following in generated xml:

      • absent
      • present, but empty
      • present with text value
