Config difference in client configs from host and downloaded from Ambari UI

STR:

1. Deploy cluster
2. Download client configs (e.g for yarn-env.sh)
3. Compare with the same file found in the host with client
   Result: There are config differences in client configs from host and downloaded from Ambari UI.
