Logsearch: Add service & audit TTL to smart configs

Let's add service and audit TTL to the smart configs as sliders. We should also make sure that the archival durations are inline with the TTLs as they move. For example:

• If the TTL is set to 30 days, the archival duration should be set to 29 days
• If the TTL is changed to 8 days, the archival duration should be set to 6 days

This would make sure that data is archived prior to it being removed based on the TTL.
