Python3 had been released for more than 10 years and has obvious difference with Python2. Support for python3 is an increasing urgent need.
In this issue, I would like to continiously provide some modification on Ambari for python3 support and welcome your discussion and help!

1. Modify tag "python 2.6" or "python 2.7" to "python 3.9".
2. python version judgement compatibility.
