Ambari-Metrics: Upgrade net.sf.ehcache to 3.10.0

Upgrade net.sf.ehcache to latest stable version

Acceptance Criteria:

Everything should be working fine after upgrade.
Do full end to end testing with and without kerberos enabled.
Check grafana dashboards for all components and metrics should be populated correctly.
