Ganglia rrdcached base directory has not applied in fact

After setup new value of "Ganglia rrdcached base directory" (global.xml/ rrdcached_base_dir property) and ganglia restart new directory created, but metrics collected to old directory. Also, ambari-server get metrics from old directory.
