Slider View: Remove gray background on pages of create app wizard

In Ambari, wizards with pages have page names in a gray section on the left, and pages on the right with white background (see Enable security wizard). The create app wizard however is gray both on the left and right, resulting in weird look.

The wizards color scheme should look very similar to Ambari's wizards/UI.
