Prompt user for admin credentials at install time rather than using default credentials

Ambari includes hard-coded default admin/admin credentials. Many users fail to change default credentials, so this represents a serious security risk. It would be preferable to prompt for the admin password at install time, e.g. when running "ambari-server setup".
