Slider View: Action dialogs do not look the same as Ambari dialogs

Go to a running slider app and in actions click on Stop. The dialog that pops up does not look consistent to Ambari's dialog. We should have a similar look and feel in the dialogs (font sizes in appropriate sections, button colors, etc.)
