Slider View: Multiple Slider App summary page changes

Slider App summary page has the following changes

• Alerts section should move to top and Component section below
• Alerts title should be changed to Status
• When an app is frozen, and there is nothing to show, we should display following message: No components are currently running, No component statuses are currently available.
• YARN Application ID should be shown in the Summary section
• Components section should not exceed a max-height of 400px. Anything above that should enable scrollbar.

Also, the following changes in alerts

• For each alert, remove the time we show at the right.
• Move the x out of y active to the position of the removed time above
• Make the icon smaller so that the entire alert is in 1 line.
