Host Alerts table: clear filters link doesn't work

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. go to Host->Alerts
      2. apply any filter
      3. click "clear filters" link at the bottom

      Actual result:
      filter still exist
      Expected result:
      filter cleared
