GBeans Should allow configuration of store location

ActiveMQ is placing its data store in the current directory - given Geronimo can be started from anywhere this is not a good idea.

Instead the user should be able to configure the location of the store and this should be resolved relative to the root directory obtained from ServerInfo. That defaults to var/activemq.
