AMQP: WS connections don't respect maxFrameSize value on transportConnection

For AMQP WebSocket connections the maxFrameSize setting on the ws Transport doesn't modify the sockets maxBinaryMessageSize option to allow packets larger than 65535 through leading to a dropped connection.
