Revise Any23 tests to remove fetching of web content

Currently, at any given time, when I attempt to build the sources I experience intermittent problems relating to any number of reasons

• HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error (tesGZippedContent)
• 404
  etc
  I suggest to remove the test dependency upon external resources which may or may not be available based on the dynamic nature of the web.
