Major Description
As per our discussions regarding the webservice, we need to get a history page detailing supporting/sponsoring organisations who initially developed Any23 and subsequently into the Apache Incubator. I've marked this for 0.8.0 as this is by no means a blocker for 0.7.0-incubating release
