Code comment for FSInputModule mentions "...is abstract class..." but the class is not abstract

FSInputModule.java says the following on line 36

"...FSInputModule is an abstract class used to read files..."

FSInputModule is NOT an abstract class but is directly usable by a user. There may be other classes with a similar problem.
