Set up "upgrade path" for CustomerApplications

Another issue that Tushar can work with. The problem is as such

• Demos cannot be upgraded to latest version of DT platform as we do not know if any bug has been introduced. These run on node1
• Task is to run the following demos via node0:
  1.Twitter: get new credentials
  2. Mobile: as is
  3. Machine: lower throughput to 50M/sec, and a separate redis
  4. Ads: separate redis
  5. Fraud: as is

The names should be "BlahCustomerTest". That way we know they are not customer apps.

Compile with latest version launch, and keep them running.
