disabling a few ActiveMQServerControlUsingCoreTest tests

some of these tests are adding noise to the test.
For example you count how many sessions you have, however the framework to send and receive notifications itself is creating a sessions. Some times (intermittently) these sessions are affecting the counts, what makes these tests invalid and they should be ignored on the UsingCoreTests.
