Openwire failure detection leak with Windows Clients / Server won't cleanup openwork clients with Exception

The OpenWireServerConnection won't deal properly with Exceptions raised by Netty.

Windows clients will send a different signal to the server causing the connection to throw an exception rather than issue a disconnect,

As a result some objects are being left on the heap as transport.close() is not being called.
