Update Atlas hive hook to read configuration from atlas-application.properties instead of hive-site.xml

Atlas hook for Hive reads atlas.hook.hive.synchronous configuration from hive-site.xml. The hook should be updated to read from atlas-application.properties file, to be consistent with other properties like atlas.hook.hive.queueSize, atlas.hook.hive.minThreads, ..
