UI Code standardization

1. css class names must be standardize. lisp-case is the standard way to name a css class. Lower camelCase is used for javascript variables.
2. Files names must be standardized. Mostly its lower camel, but some are using snake.
3. Remove commented code
4. Indentation must be same everywhere
