Building a Python Client for Suro

Suro, the distributed logging platform we plan to use, has a Java client that will be used for logging from the scheduler. It lacks a Python client. Since the Aurora client is written in Python, it needs a similar Suro Python Client. This will be pushed to the Suro project as well
