Documentation Unclear

Just to point out an inconsistency in documentation. In the documentation (clearly indicates axis 1.1) http://ws.apache.org/axis/java/developers-guide.html there is a references to creating Query String Plug-ins, this does not appear to be available in version 1.1 but does appear to be supported in 1.2 (eagerly awaiting the final version of axis 1.2 for this functionality).

An update on the documentation may help avoid confusion surrounding this issue.
