Documentation should disclaim license on wsdl2java output

The output of wsdl2java looks enough like a copyrightable expression of the original wsdl that some people might be confused about what license applied to it. It would help reduce mental anguish if the documentation explicitly stated that this output was public domain, and users could put whatever license they wanted on it.
