deploy.wsdd for jaxrpc example has wrong handler class

in the sample code which comes with the 1.2.1 version (and probably earlier versions), the deploy.wsdd for the samples\jaxrpc\hello code has the incorrect class for the server side handler; it should be ServerHandler, not ClientHandler
