User Documentation needs to include programmatic deployment and stateful services.

The user docs, while being quite good in may areas, could benifit from some
coverage of progammatic deployment and stateful services via
SimpleSessionHandler.

I have updated the user's guide to reflect these sections and created an
example of how to use them.
