JiBX code generation implements incorrect handling of namespaces when using type definitions from binding

The JiBX code generation in Axis2 1.1 does not handle namespace properly when those namespaces are defined by abstract mappings within the binding definition (corresponding to schema complexType definitions). This can result in output XML which is not well formed according to the XML Namespaces recommendation.
