Binary distribution does not contain all samples when building it from the source distro

Most of the samples are not created in the binary distro when it is built using source distribution.
Probably the maven-std.xml in not up-to-date. (Axis2-trunk\release-docs\maven-scripts\maven-std.xml)

Steps to reproduce:
===============
1. Download the axis2-1.1.1 source distribution
2. Type maven dist-bin to build the standard binary distro
3. Check the samples directory of the axis2-1.1.1 folder which is created at src\target\dist
