axis2-transport-http 1.7.9 build failed for JDK11 as transport-http has dependency on tools.jar

Could you please help with the below error. axis2-transport-http:jar:1.7.9 has dependency on com.sun in multiple places. Is there any solution to successfully build axis2-transport-http on JDK11.
