Binary release has hard coded values in .la files

The .la files have hard coded folder values.
e.g.:

1. Directory that this library needs to be installed in:
   libdir='/home/sahan/release/0.90/axis2c-0.90/lib'

Deleting the .la fies seem to solve the problems caused by these hard coded values.
Next release must fix this problem
