Description

If addressing module is not enabled in axis2.xml and addressing module is engaged at client level using
AXIS2_SVC_CLIENT_ENGAGE_MODULE(svc_client, &env, AXIS2_MODULE_ADDRESSING);
the echo_blocking_dual client fails
