Implement ADB support using Axis2/Java codegen tool and ADB framework

Axis2/Java ADB framework, which is a part of codegen tool, is meant to use type maping as an external template and generate code based on that.
We could benefit using the Axis2/Java to support ADB.

P.S.: ADB stands for Abstract Data Binding
