    Description

      Create a method to pass zone hints to dataflow.

       

      Currently dataflow isolates workers and data in a region:

      https://cloud.google.com/dataflow/docs/concepts/regional-endpoints

       

      It may be possible to supply hints about the zone data is hosted in to increase efficiency.
