More PR information in the code velocity dashboard?

I've been using this dashboard: http://104.154.241.245/d/code_velocity/code-velocity?orgId=1

To triage and get PRs reviewed. Some of them have DO NOT REVIEW / or special instructions in the title.
Perhaps it would be nice to have more information displayed on the dashboard, so we can skip PRs that don't need to be reviewed.

As you rightly mentioned, another idea is to exclude PRs that have a specific tag - and I think that's a good idea in fact.
