Phoneix QueryServer PID file name in svc file is inconsistent with that in QueryServer's execution script

PHOENIX-4439 changed Phoenix QueryServer's PID file name in its execution script for a better naming schema. However, it introduced inconsistency with phoenix-queryserver.svc in BigTop. 

With this inconsistency on PID file name, Upstart commands including `start`, `status`, and `stop`, won't work correctly on Phoenix QueryServer, which causes Puppet unable to query the status of QueryServer process or stop/restart the process.
