fuse_dfs wrapper script(s) don't put configuration directory into CLASSPATH for fuse_dfs

The fuse_dfs wrapper script(s) don't seem to put the Hadoop configuration directory into the CLASSPATH for fuse_dfs. This results in fuse_dfs not having access to the configuration .xml files. This can result in bad scenarios like ignoring the default replication settings that the user has configured, or failure to set up security properly.
