Description

There're more than one occurrence.
Here is an example in ListLedgersCmd#runCmd():

                LedgerManagerFactory mFactory = LedgerManagerFactory.newLedgerManagerFactory(bkConf, zk);
                LedgerManager m = mFactory.newLedgerManager();

m is not closed upon leaving the method.
