Sonar project version is hard coded to 1.0

I use the sonar extension in buildr and would like to pass in a project version attribute.

I have modified the buildr/sonar.rb file so that the project_version defaults to 1.0 but also so that it can be configured from my projects build file.

Please see attached the proposed solution.
